Our main group club runs take place on Wednesday nights. In the winter season we usually meet at Garscube sports complex (see map) at 6pm, with the run starting promptly at 6.15pm. Occasionally we start at a prearranged destination. Check the forthcoming runs below for details.
During the winter season, on Tuesdays we meet up for hill reps at the corner of Cleveden Road and Cleveden Drive (see map), starting promptly at 6pm; so make sure to get there on time. In the summer season, the speed sessions change to Monday nights and take various forms of pain, ranging track reps at Scotstoun Leisure Centre, mile reps in Victoria Park, hill reps at the Kilpatricks and a 'Time Trial' handicap race. They start at various times, so check out the forthcoming reps below.
